性能特點(diǎn) Characteristcs
1.本機(jī)飛達(dá)采用后推式送紙結(jié)構(gòu)，整體動作全氣動電子控制，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單合理。
2.上膠部采用全新設(shè)計(jì)的銅刮刀，有效的防止卷紙，保證機(jī)器正常運(yùn)行。
3.熱熔膠自動循環(huán)、攪拌、上膠系統(tǒng)。(可選配膠水粘度計(jì))
4.熱熔膠紙帶(尼龍帶)自動輸送、分切裝置，一次性完成紙板內(nèi)盒四角貼角作業(yè)。
5.輸送帶下方設(shè)有真空吸風(fēng)機(jī)控制過膠面紙不會發(fā)生相對偏移。
6.過膠面紙與紙板內(nèi)盒采用光電伺服電機(jī)糾偏裝置，定位貼合。
7.紙盒成型部可實(shí)現(xiàn)自動包邊、折耳及成型折入的連貫性作業(yè)一次完成。
8.整機(jī)采用PLC控制，光電跟蹤系統(tǒng)，觸摸屏人機(jī)界面，實(shí)現(xiàn)紙盒一次性成型的自動化生產(chǎn)過程。

TB-XH-420-6自動紙盒成型機(jī)系統(tǒng)是用PLC控制。利用光電監(jiān)控各部位動作,運(yùn)行中出現(xiàn)異常,能自動停機(jī)顯示原因,以便及時(shí)排除故障。
